“A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Care for Our Baby!”

We had a wonderful family stay at The Granite Luxury Hotel Penang in the Baroque Suite. This trip was particularly special as we were travelling with our 8-month-old baby, Elvis. We truly appreciated how thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive the hotel team was towards our little one. Their genuine care and baby-friendly hospitality made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable as parents. The Baroque Suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, providing a lovely environment for our family to relax after exploring Penang. What impressed us most was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their attention to our baby's needs made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team at The Granite Luxury Hotel Penang for making our family getaway such a memorable experience. Decent environment with reasonable cleanliness. Just a preference, the only improvement area is the TV channel, it has very limited options. Nonetheless, the value is there.
