“Good location, good value.”

Liked: Great location. The units were spacious and amenities in the unit were great to have (kitchen, living area). Bed quite comfortable. Units modern stylish

Disliked: The hallways were still in renovation which wasn’t a great visual appeal. In the units, it would be nice to have small wash clothes for showers and for kitchen (to wash dishes). Concrete floors are a bit too hard but I realize that’s a style choice.

“Fantastic location and exceptionally kind, helpful staff who made us feel welcome.”

Liked: The location was fantastic! It was only an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station and about a 10–12-minute walk from Reading Terminal Market, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were absolutely exceptional and wonderful to communicate with. They even helped us arrange a taxi since we were visiting from Australia and didn’t have phone service. We spent our days out exploring everything this beautiful city had to offer, especially its fascinating historical sites. Overall, we really appreciated the convenient location and the outstanding hospitality!

Disliked: It would have been nice to have a few tea bags and instant coffee available, but it really wasn’t a big deal.

“Great time”

Very nice hotel and food shopping and drinks all within a 30 min radius. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags even after check out to do some more site seeing. Only downsides were that the fridge wasn’t working and had a bad smell so we lost some food but the hotel reimbursed us no problem. Also the fire alarm was beeping for about 3 hours but that was also compensated. I really appreciated that. I can’t wait to come back, I’m already planning a longer stay.
