The Jade Palace, Hunza

Liked: Nice, cozy hotel in the heart of Karimabad - close to all the restaurants and shops. It's clean, comfortable with great mountain views and the staff is amazing - going above and beyond of what could be expected, truly making the stay relaxing and enjoyable and you definitely feel welcome to say the least.

Disliked: You can always find some little annoyances if you look but I choose not to - this place is too good to be spoiled by minor inconveniences.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our room was spotless and very neat, featuring comfortable beds that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Having our own private balcony was a fantastic bonus. The location is super convenient. Plenty of local restaurants are within easy walking distance, and catching a taxi nearby is quick and effortless. If you need a local physical SIM card, you will have to head to the SCOM office in Aliabad village, which costs around 1,500 Rs by taxi. The owner is genuinely helpful, warm, and speaks fluent English. He went out of his way to assist us with organizing day trips and arranging transport to our next destination. On top of that, he offered a very fair exchange rate for our euros and dollars. Overall, the personalized service and great amenities made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Прекрасное расположение и потрясающий вид с балкона. Тихо и уютно. Удобная и мягкая кровать, чистое белое пастельное белье и теплое большое одеяло. Номер полностью соответствует картинкам. Чистая ванная комната. Очень отзывчивый персонал, всегда помогут, если нужен совет, радушный, улыбчивый хозяин. Будем советовать своим друзьям этот отель.

Liked: The Jade Palace is located on the main road, close to restaurants, the bazaar and the forts. The owner as well as the rest of the staff are very kind and keen to help. The view from the rooms and the balconies is fabulous.

Liked: Stunning views from the bedroom to Rakaposhi and Diran. Very helpful owner who gave useful advice and organised transport. Very friendly and good English. Very good value.

Disliked: The property was as expected for the cost.
