The hotel is very nicely located and the rooms are big and comfy too. It’s near to many massage and food places and just opposite Patong Beach so definitely well located. Staff was also friendly and helpful. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast buffet. As my booking didn’t come with breakfast, we paid THB399 per pax for the buffet. Items were limited and tasted ok. I ordered 2 poached eggs from the egg station, and when I cut into the yolk and it’s fully cooked. My advise is, if your booking doesn’t come with buffet, then there’s much better options outside for breakfast. Overall still nice place to stay and I won’t mind staying again. Just wouldn’t go for the breakfast that’s all.

Our room felt persistently damp despite the air conditioning being set to an appropriate temperature. The floor was damp and slippery, creating a slip hazard. There was also what appeared to be mould around the air-conditioning vent and heavy staining along the bathroom basin seal, as shown in my photos. I reported the problem to housekeeping on the very first day and was promised it would be fixed. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved during our stay. At checkout, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, telling me I should have reported it on the first day—which I had already done. Being blamed after raising the issue promptly was particularly frustrating. I also became sick during my stay and the room conditions caused it, the dampness and apparent mould were concerning and made the stay uncomfortable. Please read the negative reviews carefully before booking, especially those mentioning air-conditioning, humidity and unresolved maintenance issues. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Beware! I didn't read. They charge 1000 for each girl you bring up after 6pm. When you do 4 to 8 a day it adds up. But other then that! Staff is amazing!! The stuff makes this hotel the best I have stayed at! I was here on my Birthday. They got a group of people to sign happy birthday to me! Which made my day! Then to top it off had birthday cakes waiting in my room even with a candle! Yes I did lite it and make a wish! This hotel is prefect!

Liked: breakfast nice.. location perfect..facilities in the room perfect including umbrealla, slippers..

Disliked: just the room rate keep increasing, i have been staying in the same hotel- mulitple times..

The location was perfect for easy access to shopping and transport, making getting around hassle free. The room was spacious and clean with reliable hot water, adding to the comfort. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were tentative and friendly throughout the day. Facilities were well-maintained, providing good value for money overall.
