K Hotel Kensington

there were lot of bed bugs and my body was covered with bites.

Convenience location of good value compared to nearby hotel.

Liked: Excellent location near the tube station. Very cheap compared to comparable hotels

Liked: The location was perfect and tge staf were very friendly and helpful

Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The furniture in my room was old, visibly dirty and worn, and both the room and bathroom were not properly clean when I arrived.

Liked: Very clean, 5 mn walk to metro station, good staff, very clean

Liked: The hotel is well located (fairly close to Gloucester underground station) and the staff is very nice.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi is terrible (unstable and slow), the room is too little for 2 people and the facilities are not that clean. The sheets were torn and some days the room was not properly organised (bedding lefton the floor).

The staff is very friendly. Water is available in front of the reception, so you can drink it anytime. When you enter the room, you can hear a bit of noise from other rooms, but it's not loud enough to be bothersome. It's close to the station, and there’s a supermarket, making it convenient. Breakfast might be fine just once.
