Poor standards of cleanliness and non-functional bathroom fittings. Definitely not the experience one would expect from a five-star hotel. Very disappointing!

“Very bad”

This hotel has caused me so much to suffer and it is not safe for kids. Their rooms are so dirty and staffs are so rude, just check the images of suite room which I have booked for ***. I personally messaged the higher authority regarding this? But they also don’t care. If you want memorable stay don’t book suite rooms and Bedsheets were smelling washroom was smelling, I ll never stay in this hotel.

“A pleasant place to stay in the Connaught Place”

Liked: Friendly staff including deaf workers Nice room with a tub and big shower. Water was hot. Adequate breakfast

Disliked: Need to change key card to the room too frequently. No food or drinks on sale in the pool area

“Poor Service Attitude”

We requested for an early check-in due to CJP protest at 8:30 am on 10th October, as post that it would have been difficult to arrive at the hotel due to police blockades, but the front desk was very rude, they did not have any empathy or concern for guests or humanitarian values. They wanted extra money for early check-in. Also, we had lounge access with our luxury suite but lounge was very small and food spread was very limited, and they served very cheap liquor (IMFL).
