Liked: I have been staying here for quiet some years and have always loved the location and service

Disliked: It’s getting a bit tired our tv in our room always has problems the mini bars are old and don’t always shut properly the linens are not as nice as they use to be I think they need to do more maintenance,at times on the weekend the dog population gets a bit much I am a dog owner myself but there are a lot of dogs here sometimes.not sure who to talk to never know who is manager anymore.

Liked: Great location, lovely staff and amenities

Disliked: Unfortunately our room did not live up to its expectations, the aircon did not work well, we ended up sweating all night. Our linen and blankets were filthy which was disappointing. Then in the morning when we went down for breakfast we paid $55 each for 1 person so $110 in total for there to be basically next to nothing for celiacs. There was no separate gluten free station, when we asked if there was any gluten free bread or gluten free cereal, or anything really the staff did not seem to know what we were talking about. We ended up paying $55 for some eatery cold scrambled eggs and fruit which was a very minimal selection to say the least. Very disappointing for the amount you pay for a “buffet”.
