“Good location but you got what you paid”
Liked: Great location in Koreatown, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and public transportation.
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean, and the facilities felt old and outdated. The hotel could use better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness.

“Nice property but no ability to control room temperature”
Liked: Good value
Disliked: No ability to control room temperature. Room was 68. I turned thermostat to heat to 72. AC continued to blast lowering temperature to 66. Only thing I could do was turn it off. It seemed like room temperature controls were fake.

“Great Stay”
The hotel was super clean and the staff excellent. Parking was pricey at 60 dollars a night and there was a random 39 dollar fee they assessed. Not a big fan of those charges.

“Stay elsewhere. Maybe West Hollywood”
Liked: This hotel is not what it used to be. Not very clean, water doesn’t get hot. The $20 dining credit is a scam! Ex: Fries were $12, the bill was $21 due to sneaky extra charges.
Disliked: Cleanliness wasn’t up to par and overpriced. Rooms are small. Windows are filthy. Carpet was filthy.

“Hotel needs a serious overhaul”
Liked: The restaurant is good.
Disliked: This place used to be great, but they haven't done any upkeep. Checked into one room and the ac didn't work & the bathroom light made an electrical buzzing noise. Moved to another room where the ac made a terrible loud noise. Both rooms were scruffy with scuffed furniture, stained carpets, exposed wiring on the floor.

“I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend anyone staying at the hotel.”
Liked: Location only
Disliked: The pictures of the property are deceptive. Only a very small pool, restaurants lacking and very overpriced. The rooms are vey small. Very few amenities for the price.. watch your bill because they will be up charges on things you did not know.

“Absolutely do not go ther”
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I consumed drinks from the minibar, The hotel explained that daily $20 food and beverage credit provide but I was charged the full amount instead. I also paid about $59 for breakfast, which was terrible.

“Acceptable”
Liked: location, food was good and service in the restaurants was good especially "open air" on the 2nd floor.
Disliked: Seems like management is a little weak because I had to go back and forth to change keys 3 times when I checked in a front desk didn't acknowledge the problem, kept saying it was the door when it actually was the key card not being programed properly. Front desk clerk did not appologize for the inconvinience or show empathy. Otherwise, it was a good experience. 7-11 right across the street.
