“Good weekend getaway”
Everything was good, just when i did booking through agoda there was no room with breakfast option. And the late checkout cost rm100 per hour.

“What a Relief weekend with Lisbon”
A Peaceful, Pristine Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything felt fresh and brand-new, and the entire property was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The setting is remarkably quiet and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the backyard—it opens right up to a stunning sea view surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Sitting outside with a coffee while listening to the calm surroundings was unforgettable. Highly recommended if you're looking for relaxation and pristine accommodations!

“Lovely room, but a neglected patio and a poor response on a simple request”
We stayed in a Prestige Ocean View room on the ground floor. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and it was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the sliding door opens onto a patio that let the whole experience down. The planter boxes were overgrown with grass and the sea-facing edge, where you'd stand to enjoy the view, looked unkept and abandoned. The ocean view is the reason you book this room, and for a hotel advertised as five-star and operating under the Wyndham name, I expected the outdoor space to be properly maintained. We also had a disappointing experience with service. We returned late after an event, tired and with the haze making the air uncomfortable, and had already finished the two small bottles of water in the room. When we asked the receptionist on duty for two more, we were told only two could be sent and that a refill wasn't possible. The water then took quite a while to arrive. We had to call back from the room before the full request was met, which shouldn't have been necessary for something as basic as drinking water at a hotel of this standard. The room and its location are good, and with proper landscaping upkeep and more flexible, guest-friendly service at the front desk, this could be an excellent property. As it stands, the maintenance and service did not match the five-star label.

“Exceptional”
Had a pleasant stay at The Lisbon Melaka. The hotel has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful sea view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location at Portuguese Settlement is also convenient, especially for enjoying local food and the seaside. The swimming pool was nice, and overall the hotel was comfortable for a family stay. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. 👍

“Superb facilities”
The hotel is poorly maintained which it's a shame since the building are beautiful. The reception staff are poorly trained
