“I can't really recommend it considering the price.”
The staff were rigid and lacked a sense of humor, and they didn't explain how to use the resort's amenities, so I couldn't use them. The room faced the building in front, so I had to keep the curtains closed, but the lighting was too dim, which was uncomfortable. Also, small bugs appeared every day in the bathroom, possibly coming from the drain, and I could also see them in the bedroom. The room felt very old, and when using the sofa bed, the bedding was too thin, and it squeaked when moved. The blanket provided was like a thin fabric that had been stored away, making it the worst sofa bed I've ever used. I absolutely cannot recommend it for the price.

“Great place to stay!”
Liked: Spacious rooms. Close to everything, but not where it's too loud and busy. Highly recommend!
Disliked: I didn't like that we were only there for 2 nights.

“Read this…”
We usually stay at a different brand of hotel but decided to try a Marriott for a change. The room was great if a bit dated, slept well, except there was construction in the room above that started at exactly 9am… imagine a power drill and loud hammer sounds while you have the worst migraine… of course I called guest services, 3 times and they said they would see what they would do… nothing… banging continues… long story short I asked to be moved to a different floor, away from the construction. They did not inform us that there would be construction noises, I mean for the price we are paying you would think… it is touted as a luxury hotel so you do have expectations… quiet at the very least…

“Bad service, you can find a lot of better options in NYC for this value and standard!”
Liked: Location and facilities of the Hotel were excelent, but value dosn't worth it, definitelly!
Disliked: The hotel is excellent, but the restaurant service is terrible. At breakfast there was a line just to get a table, and once seated the staff were extremely rude. There were plenty of empty tables, yet they wouldn't let us sit — and after we finally did sit down, they treated us with sarcasm. Great hotel overall, but it's not worth the money. There are countless better-value options out there, especially in NYC. What's more, I had to ask 3 times to make up my children bed (what was at revervation), and they just made it at 10pm (we arrived at hotel 12pm, first time we asked it).
