Perfect location - many different restaurants close by. Right off Nathan road so MTR and bus stops very close and easy to get to. Only downside is the room's window has the most awkward view - right into the side of another building where it's close though you can see stair cases and other rooms. Therefore, never felt comfortable leaving curtains open for privacy reasons.

I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights, and everything is perfect with the good location that you can walk to everywhere. They have every important amentaries such as shampoo and shower gel. We faced the problem of cancelled flight without notice, and the staffs were so hekpful in finding the contact number. We will come back to this hotel when have a trip at Hong kong again in the future.

A very clean property with excellent facilities and strong value for money. The location is excellent, convenient transport links and airport access. Amenities are well covered and the staff are amazing at going the extra mile. The room is compact but offers everything one needs. The food is amazing and caters to all palettes! The staff are so kind and caring I will definitely stay again. My unique experience of leaving items at the property and then leaving Hong Kong was no problem to the staff who assisted in getting my items to the airport for me to collect when passing through en route back to SA! You don’t find such help and care anywhere today!!!

The hotel isn’t very large, but it has everything you need. There’s a water dispenser on every floor. I got an upgraded room so the space was fine, but some of the furniture wasn’t very practical—for example, there was an extra glass table in front of the desk, and my laptop cable might not have been long enough. The bathtub in the bathroom was also a bit high. Aside from those points, overall I was satisfied, especially with the helpfulness of the front desk staff. 👍

Liked: The staff is stellar here, Chris and Agnes were fantastic. The room was very comfortable with a great rain shower head as well as traditional shower head, and the location is excellent. Although I didn't go to their Nordic restaurant, FINDS, or partake of the breakfast, I did go to the Dada Bar + Lounge one night and had a great drink, while also catching some karaoke, which was a blast as it seemed that there were regulars who were having so much fun.

Disliked: There's really nothing not to like. I don't have trouble falling asleep with the noise of the street outside, but if you do you might want to ask for a room that doesn't face the street as there's lot of traffic, bars, and restaurants on the entrance side of the hotel.
