“A very nice stay here!”

I frequent this hotel due to its loft-style room with a separate floor for seating & chilll area and the bed. The room smelled nice especially the blanket/comforter. The bathroom was clean with a strong water pressure. I found almost all the amenities were provided in room except for a telephone, hair dryer & slippers. The staff was friendly and assisted myself via whatsapp for instructions on late check-in. The location of this hotel is a plus. Super close to 1st Avenue Mall and Komtar. The viral food and shopping outlets are within a walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay here!

The staff were exceptional here, so friendly and happy to help with any queries! The room was compact but clean, and had a separate shower in the bathroom which I enjoyed. A little outside of the main attractions, however, still walkable. Would stay here again.:)

The front desk not available 24 hours No hotel porter, so you have to carry your own luggage. No lift or escalator, hence if you are assigned to room on the 2nd floor then you have to carry your own luggage to level 2 by stairs
