Liked: Nice renovations done to a older hotel
Disliked: They got a little cute for their own good on their showers, they had half shower doors water went everywhere and the showerhead was a pain in the butt. We paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel, but they didn't have enough parking for everyone which was irritating to say the list.

Liked: Lovely big room, very clean and modern. The bar, pool, rec room/laundry were also lovely. Big comfy bed and great location just minutes from old town. Will definitely stay again

Liked: I loved the room - modern and very pretty, comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room. The check-in location was also very difficult to find, especially when we arrived on a rainy night. We drove through the parking lot and around the block several times before going into the bar at the motel to ask where to check in. The next day, I noticed a small, unlit “Lobby” sign on the bar door that was impossible to see at night. Clearer, illuminated signage would have made our arrival much easier. The property is on Route 66, a very busy road, although traffic noise was not a problem inside the room. Getting anywhere on foot meant walking along that road, which was unpleasant and hazardous in the rain. Large puddles formed, and passing cars sent water across the entire sidewalk—which is about ten feet wide.

“Nice restored classic hotel on Route 66.”
Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Decor wasn't very mid-century but it was light and bright. Good seating/desk areas and coffee/tea station. Live music at night and free drink at the bar in lobby was fun. The neon here and up and down Central Avenue was fun to see and photograph for our Route 66 trip. Walked to a good restaurant for dinner; would've appreciated more info/recommendations for the area as we were from out of town.
Disliked: Bathroom was handicap accessible, which meant no place to set your toiletries (we moved a chair from the desk in there and set our stuff on it) and open shower (with hand sprayer only) where water spread onto floor.

“Loved Our Stay!”
Liked: Love the motel! It was comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk into Old Town and was perfect for our visit!

“Loved everything except the shower”
Liked: Everything but the shower - we stayed in unit 1 and it was perfect, clean and amazingly comfy bed but the shower was a dribble
Disliked: The shower was a dribble and it was too late to ask for help
