terrible service. we supposed to book the room like the picture but then when we arrived they told us the room is full. They send us to another location with the room so bad and is not look alike a picture, everything is so bad. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN

“Acceptable”
Poor service. I arrived in Dalat early at 3 a.m., so I booked the room the night before just to get in and rest a bit before checking out early. I had messaged the hotel beforehand, but when I got there they didn’t answer my calls. I stood waiting for 30 minutes on the street in the dark, trying to contact the hotel repeatedly with no response. Standing alone on a dark road with no one answering felt unsafe. This trip was a failure because of that.

Pretty normal, not too bad. A bit far from the city center. Staff are hit-or-miss, which is rather inconvenient. One more downside is the room is small.

“The hotel reports incorrectly.”
The room was damp and located by the basement vehicle entrance, which was noisy; kids kicking a ball made a racket. The room size was not as advertised, and there was no parking.

“Good value for money.”
We had a pleasant stay at The Morris Hotel. It offers good value for money, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. We also rented one of their motorbikes, which was convenient and made getting around much easier. The room was clean and just spacious enough for our group of four. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain at times. If you are in a budget trip, I would recommend this hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

“Disappointing experience at The Morris Central Da Lat”
I called to confirm there was a room before booking 2 nights (from 30/4/2026 to 01/5/2026) at The Morris Central Hotel - O'TEL. But when I arrived, I was moved to GreenMeadow Hotel DaLat without any prior notice (they said it was the hotel's branch 2); the service room was pretty bad — gypsum board walls, the fan was very weak, and on my first time in Dalat I felt hot. The hotel also arbitrarily charged an extra fee for a child even though the booking information on Agoda clearly stated there was no charge. And the room rate at that time was not cheap. This "bait-and-switch" way of doing business, deceiving customers, I don't understand how it still exists in a tourist city like this! In my 4 days in Dalat, this was the worst place.

“Exceptional”
The accommodation is conveniently located, clean, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Amenities are well provided, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay throughout the trip. The value for money is very reasonable — will definitely return.

Liked: Clean & Comfortable.
Disliked: People were VERY loud. Usually some noise wouldn’t bother me, but the people next door were so loud. They were constantly yelling. I don’t know if it was a family or the buildings next to us, but it was unpleasant.
