“Loved the mood the staff”

“Bad place, cramped rooms, noisy floors audible in rooms”
Liked: The staff were notably welcoming and made a strong effort to help. The whole crew seemed suited for a more favorable place. Yet this hotel does not justify the high price requested. A pleasant team cannot compensate for cramped rooms where all movement is limited and noise from floor creeping in.
Disliked: We moved rooms three times over two nights. The first space had a connecting door, so every sound carried. Super unpleasant when a couple argued loudly next door. After staff asked them to quiet down, we received a much smaller room, it lacked a double bed but was quieter. The next day, the helpful staff secured a larger room. That final space was a minimum suitable size. We don’t recommend stay here, if you have any alternatives pick that anytime.

“Nice hotel and location”
Liked: Clean and close to area I wanted to visit
Disliked: Very Steep stairs to room which wasnt mentioned in booking no lift to some rooms so was difficult to get room

“Very good”
Liked: The hotel’s location was good, the staff was friendly and communicative, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
Disliked: The room was small, and the bathroom was so cramped that it was practically impossible to move around. The most shocking issue was the tiny washbasin combined with an excessively long faucet, which made it impossible to wash properly or bend over comfortably. As a result, water spilled onto the toilet and floor. I genuinely feel sorry for the housekeeping staff, who had to clean up this mess every day. My recommendation is to replace the faucet immediately. There were several other minor issues, but overall, the washbasin issue was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
