“Excellent”
Liked: We stay at the Mutiny every time we go to Miami for years now. We love the location, easy access to walking or jogging trails near the park, close to restaurants all in the comfort of well equipped condo. The staff is very nice. It feels like home.

“Never book there ever again”
Liked: I only liked the location and the valet parking staff
Disliked: They gave a bad room on the second floor that has the carage view room # 213, they were not doing their best to change it, no sun in the room at all, also I paid by booking.com not Airbnb, why do I have to pay to clean my room!!! Also a cockroach in at the elevator jumped to my head. It’s disgusting I don’t recommend it,

“Don't stay here; for the same price you can get a better place in the same area. Not worth it at all”
Liked: Location is good
Disliked: No one helps, no one cleaned our room before we arrived; we found other people hair in the shower. It was disgusting; we complained but they fixed it really late.

“Super Kids Location close to park”
Liked: The location was excellent we have two small kids and it was a 5 min max walk to the peacock park. Also breakfast options right there too. Super central. Staff very friendly and the pool area is awesome. 100% recommend with kids

Disliked: Other than location, the property is unremarkable, condition of the place is poor and had a strong smell of cleaning detergents throughout common areas and in the rooms.
