“Average Stay, Could Be Better”

The overall experience was just average and did not fully meet my expectations. There is room for improvement in terms of comfort and facilities

“Very poor”

Not recommended. it is a very old hotel with no maintenance. Toilets looks like those at constrction site with cement stain all over. the cabinets are for show. It is in a bad shape and cannot keep anything. We syrvey 7 to 9 rooms and they are all the same. There are lizards in the room which woke me up with its noise. Cannot keep food on the table bec of lizards. No kettle in room. We had to buy a small cup of hot water every morning for Rp5000.

“Good, sis.”

This time I got a room with a bathroom that smells, I’m sorry I don’t know what the smell is, it just doesn’t smell pleasant. Also, not all the lights are working. Other than that, it's good, but the cleanliness can be improved. Because every time I visit Balikpapan, I stay here. It’s comfortable and close to BC.

“Exceptional”

Cheap hotel that has very good facilities including a swimming pool, spacious parking, and friendly staff and security. The condition of the rooms is super clean and comfortable. Additionally, it is strategically located for finding food or shopping at the mall.
