Liked: Location and cheap parking rate in downtown

Disliked: The noiseeee all night, the odor from outside was all over the room, the bed is too soft

Liked: Mattress was comfortable

Disliked: Pillows were horrible. Bathroom was tiny with broken plumbing fixtures. Had trouble with the air conditioner. Breakfast was basic.

Liked: The location worked out fine, the room was spotless, and housekeeping came by every day. The staff were nice and helpful as well.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi connection in my room was very weak—I couldn't get any work done and had to go down to the conference room every day. There is also no lobby or common area to meet with people or receive guests. Breakfast was very basic and identical every morning. A solid, clean hotel, but not ideal if you need to work or meet clients.

Liked: The lobby, bar, breakfast area and bathrooms are very nice! The room was the perfect size & AC worked well.

Disliked: Our shower was either hot or cold, literally no in between. The lighting isn't the best for girls doing hair or makeup either, at least in our queen bed room. But, you can manage!

Liked: It was a clean hotel and also the location was great.

Disliked: In the description stated free parking and it was not true. We had to pay for parking. Also, I paid extra for city view and I wasn’t given a room with city view.

Liked: The staff was amazing. I wish I would’ve remembered the young ladies name that checked us in, but she was very polite and welcoming. Very helpful. Also the young man that checked us out was informative about the location and near by eateries.

Disliked: The rooms were small. But served its purpose. Only needed it to sleep.

Disliked: service was horrible, our room was leaking from the ceiling when we got back. the maid walked in on us changing, the sink was clogged and unclean! The hotel manager has been ignoring my calls and refusing to give me my money back
