The Oasis at Grace Bay

Liked: My stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special and welcomed. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and cool towels, which was such a thoughtful touch after arriving. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the bellman assisted with our luggage and made sure we were comfortably settled. What stood out most to me was the effort they made to make my birthday weekend memorable. While I was away from my room, the staff prepared a beautiful surprise for my return. They created swans, decorated the room with a “Happy Birthday” message, left a slice of chocolate birthday cake, and provided two wine glasses with ice. I was genuinely touched because it showed that they had taken the time to make the occasion feel personal and special. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The water temperature was absolutely perfect and very comfortable on my skin. The complimentary hats and other little touches added to the experience as well. The customer service throughout my stay was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, my partner and I had a wonderful time. I left feeling appreciated and very happy with the experience. Thank you to the staff for helping to make my birthday weekend such a memorable one. I would definitely say that my stay exceeded my expectations.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Services exceeded our expectations. Rooms were cleaned everyday even if we didn’t requested it which is rare. Great location to the beach and was accessible by golf cart or a short 3 minute walk. Very quiet. Has in-house restaurant that has great food too. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Liked: What a wonderful property! Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, well lit, and safe. It checked every box. The room was secure, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Their presence made the whole experience feel less like a stay and more like coming home. We especially loved the E bikes and shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend!
