“Lovely Hotel”
Liked: The room and bathroom were quite spacious for a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and airconditioning was cold. I like a cold room to sleep in. Location was excellent. Very close to the main shopping strip and nice cafes and restaurants. All the staff were very professional and friendly.
Disliked: Shower pressure not great but I could deal with that.

“Perfect stay in Barcelona, so close to several Gaudi experiences. Hotel and staff were amazing!”
Liked: Our room was exactly what we asked for...a city view, king size bed. The decor and facilities were fabulous...automated roller blinds, multiple powerpoints plus multiple USB points on both sides of the bed, double basins, wonderful shower and toiletries provided. The daily room clean was wonderful as was the nightly turn-down service. The roof top pool and bar were perfect too! And the staff were professional and extremely helpful.

“Staff always make a difference”
Their team were really accommodating! Loved that they had a room and a shower were you can refresh if you arrive before your check in time. Their restaurant staff were also very nice to serve me while i waited despite they were not yet open. Location is very good. Room was very big.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful with perfect services with friendly staff and about breakfast was great and good location near of the center 💯

“Exceptional”
Liked: I loved the place. I would say to definitely include the breakfast in your stay. The location was great for a lot of the things that we did. Not too touristy but definitely a location around great food.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the size of the rooms although we were only there for sleeping only.

Liked: Brilliant hotel- the service here was attentive and friendly. The hotel itself has everything you would like, and it’s probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world. The central and beautiful location makes luxury shopping and sightseeing a breeze. The housekeeping is excellent, rooms have all the extras you would hope for. Restaurant is quite nice for breakfast. The roof top bar is incredible. Nothing has been missed here, don’t miss out on booking The One Barcelona.
Disliked: One of the lifts was out of service (a little slow but a temporary issue), and the room service would have been great to be order online option rather than calling.

“Great hotel and excellent staff.”
Liked: The location was great and the staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. They advised us to leave much earlier than we planned to get a taxi to the port. Just as well because the traffic was chaotic.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
