The Orbis - A Boutique Hotel

Needs to be more clean and tidy. But staffs did come for cleaning in the morning But the surrounding area needs be more maintained

The property appears to be quite old and needs maintenance. The window lock was not working, and there was an unpleasant smell from the old wooden furniture. The ceiling fan was also positioned away from the bed, making it inconvenient.

I booked through agoda to this property. And due to some inputs and emergency i cancelled within 1 hour from booked time. It was cancelled 2 days itself before from the date of stay. I requested to the property owner and agoda. Both are not responded and no one refund my money. They said no cancellation option. I requested agoda atleast convert the cancellation refund as agoda cash to use further my trip. But no use. I lost. My first experience itself is Very bad

Had a bad experience staff was not supportive and also rude outside stuff not allowed no matter the stuff is what they won't allow assuming it outside food. Restaurant closed before the timing. I won't recommend

The paint was old, shoe prints on the wall, kettle designated plug point not working, inside restroom- cistern leaking continuously, headboard of the bed broken, floor creaky- needs to be revamped

Very Bad

Not clean at all. The staff were not rude, but also not welcoming. The fan and light had the same switch, so if you switch off one, you switch off both. Hot water was lukewarm. Overall a second to worse stay for me. Only thing that saved the whole stay was the breakfast.

Not recommend at all for family
