The Outpost Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

It was our wedding anniversary staycation and the hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its friendly and hospitable staff. A big thank you to Outpost Hotel for leaving us with such an incredibly sweet memory.

Amazing property, very good amenities. Close to all the best places in sentosa. Multiple pools, movie area, restaurants. Good place all together for family holiday.

Wonderful stay at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa! The service was top-notch, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was spotless, smelled amazing, and had a lovely ambience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room, which made our stay even more special. Truly a great experience. Highly recommended!

The most terrible of hotel service I experienced. Upon check-in, we noticed no mattress cover on the baby cot. One of the staff approached saying their cot not providing mattress cover. We stunted. We insisted to ask him check again. Then the next staff came in and apologised it was prepared by new inexperienced staff. Information given not aligned. Next, the shower head spoilt, no water coming out. We called frontdesk first, no immediate response. We had to go out approach the staff for help. 3 different staffs knocked on our door, walked in our room in and out checking on the shower head with their shoes on. After repairing, nobody came and clean the dirty shoeprints they left on our room floor. The next day, we went swimming with a big dissappoinment. The pool water looked greenish dirty. The chairs beside pool got bird's poop. And that day there are gardeners working on trimming grass beside the pool without caring for people walking beside. Seriously, with such terrible service from a hotel in Sentosa (Singapore tourism spot) was really not a big shame.

The hotel room was stylish and wonderful. The facilities were great, and I felt completely relaxed. I had planned not to use the pool, but just the appearance of the pool was lovely, and even just walking by it was refreshing. I regretted not bringing my swimsuit to swim, but since it was a wonderful accommodation, I plan to go again. The breakfast buffet was also fulfilling, and I was very satisfied from the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at **The Outpost Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality!** Although we stayed for only one night during our layover, we truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to Universal Studios Singapore and nearby restaurants, making it a great choice for travelers who want to make the most of their time in Sentosa. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

I highly recommend it! Outpost is new, quiet, and I think it's perfect for adults. I was very satisfied with the room's atmosphere, cleanliness, and service. It's located on a slight hill and has a nice view.

Location was near Imbiah Station which was very convenient but some walking is needed to reach the hotel. Pool facilities were great but it was very crowded and had crows eating food leftover by other guests. Breakfast environment was really nice but some food were not too good quality, e.g. har kao had minced shrimps rather than who prawns and didn't taste fresh. Hotel room was awesome! Large shower room, love the shower/shampoo/conditioner set from Appelles Apothecary and Lab.
