• The Guest including Minors(below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused. The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
• A valid ID is required upon check-in for verification of domestic residents booking at domestic rates. Guests may be required to pay full prevailing rate upon failure to do so.
• The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 200 per room per night upon check-in.
