“Outstanding Location, Beautiful Victoria Park View, and Exceptional Service!”
The location of The Park Lane Hong Kong is absolutely unbeatable! It is just a few steps away from Causeway Bay MTR Station and surrounded by endless shopping malls and fashion brand stores. My teenage daughter loved it so much that she went shopping almost every day. There is also a 24-hour supermarket right next to the hotel, well-stocked with food, everyday essentials, snacks, and a great selection of drinks, wines, and beers. Our family stopped by every night before heading up to our room! The room offers an incredible view, directly facing Victoria Park. Waking up to lush greenery, fresh morning air, and seeing locals exercising or enjoying picnics in the park was so refreshing and relaxing. The room itself was spotless, with a spacious and extremely comfortable bed. A very special thanks to Ariel, an intern at the front desk, who provided exceptional service to our group. She was extremely sweet, friendly, welcoming, and gave us wonderful directions for our shopping trips. In summary: Excellent location near MTR and shopping, clean rooms with beautiful views, super comfortable beds, and fantastic service from all staff members—especially Ariel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong!

“Lovely!”
Liked: The service is exceptionally good. From my inquiries and requests, Joyce from reservation was responsive and accommodating. And Alice from the front desk was really GREAT upon our check in. I am so glad that we upgraded to Executive Room w Panoramic View. We really enjoyed our stay. It was worth it! And thank you for the little birthday treats sent to our room!
Disliked: Breakfast experience was just average.

“Best location but rooms need updating”
We love staying at the Park Lane every time we are in HongKong. Shopping is just few a steps away. there is a 24hours mart beside the hotel. Even a decathlon if you need extra gear. Subway is 5 mins away. Big malls and cafes are near as well. Service is efficient. We love the sky bar. But rooms really need to be renovated and bidets added

“Great Location: Local Vibe, Walkable Shopping & Easy Public Transport Access”
Staying for three nights at Park Lane Autograph was the perfect mix of local charm and practicality — steps from Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, with a large, clean room that felt welcoming. The friendly staff made it effortless, and the location is truly effortless: easy access to MTR and trams means you can go anywhere on Hong Kong Island without needing a taxi. Though the hotel isn’t ideal for waterfront visits, Victoria Park is just a short walk away — perfect for a quiet stroll. For shopping, Sogo is a short walk down the street, and Wan Chai Time Square (with its iconic lights and street life) is also within walking distance. Don Don Donki? Even closer — a quick turn down the lane and you’re there. We’ll be back next time.
