“Amazing location, beautiful room”
Liked: The location is incredible, close to many places to eat, close to shopping, super close to the beach and the famous Santa Monica Pier. The bed was comfy, room was very clean, housekeeping came each day.
Disliked: Shower pressure wasn't very good, pillows were a little too high. Nothing too bad, overall we loved our stay and will stay again if we are back in Santa Monica.

“Excellent”
Liked: Location was amazing - easy to walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. Lovely reception staff and very helpful. Restaurant wait staff not great but everything else was fantastic.
Disliked: Swimming pool under renovation

“Close to the beach, but noisy and full of extra charges”
The one real plus is the location — Santa Monica Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We were given a room at the very end of the property, right by the street, and the noise was hard to ignore: motorcycles revving late at night and garbage trucks in the early morning. The walls didn't block much of it. The other frustration was the billing. On top of what we already paid through Agoda, we were charged another USD 126.32 at the property — including over USD 60 just for parking. These costs weren't clear to us when booking, and they pushed the stay well above what we had budgeted for. Fine if you only need a place to sleep near the beach, but I'd recommend confirming all fees in advance and requesting a room away from the street.

“Perfect end to our Rt 66 journey”
Liked: Close to SM Pier, valet was great, the fact that you could take the luggage cart yourself to room, couch back table combo into nightstand was cool, dinner and drinks were excellent and prompt so we could make it to pier to see sunset, put us on the top floor and closest to Colorado and we could see the pier from our room. Valets and wait staff were very nice
Disliked: Ice machine at end of hall not working, separate valet cost kinda pricey
