“It was everything I hoped it would be and more.”

Liked: When I started planning our New York wedding, I knew that the day would not be complete, without fulfilling my dream of staying at the Plaza. Spending my last night as a Miss and then getting ready at the Plaza on the morning of the wedding and subsequently returning on our wedding night did not disappoint. A complimentary room upgrade and several special touches helped to make our stay truly unforgettable and we will carry the memories with us always. The room was just exquisite, room service was delicious and the staff were all incredible and so friendly. Special mention to the bellhop Ted who was just lovely to talk to, and Rob Arango who we met getting out of the elevator on our wedding day along with a wedding planner whose name I can’t recall now (so sorry!) What a lovely pair they were! Thanks to all at the Plaza though for making our stay so special. The service was just faultless throughout and I can’t wait to come back again some day.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing not to love, apart from the fact it was a little outside my budget to spend our entire 10 night trip there, as well as get married.
