“Acceptable”
Disliked: The hotel itself was clean and everything seemed fine at first, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the air conditioning. The room was extremely cold, and the AC would not heat the room properly. I contacted the hotel staff and was told that someone would come to fix it. After waiting for two days, someone finally came to check it, but told me there was nothing he could do. He explained that the hotel had set the system so guests could not adjust the temperature beyond certain limits. Even when we switched the thermostat to heat and increased the temperature, it continued blowing cold air. The room was unbelievably cold — at times it felt colder inside than outside. I am pregnant, and after spending two days in such a cold room, I ended up getting sick. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since I had reported the problem and waited two days expecting it to be resolved. While I appreciated that the hotel was clean, the lack of a properly functioning heating system and the way the issue was handled seriously affected our stay.

“It’s a nice hands off experience for the introverted traveler.”
Liked: It was trendy and very modern; loved the aesthetic with the concrete floors and the rain shower was to die for. The rooftop was nice and quiet with some nice views; I could see hanging out there. The hotel also very conveniently located to everything I needed and wanted to do on this trip. I got to explore the gayborhood with a short walk and see some sites while I was on my way to rehearsals and the performance. There’s also a lot of restaurant options in the area from basic chain to high brow, so something for anyone.
Disliked: Honestly, I think it needs to be clearer before registering that this is essentially an air bnb without a front desk or any way to get assistance on the spot. Like needing batteries for the remote or a new remote shouldn’t take an overnight, but it did. I saw maybe 6 other patrons in three days. That might work for some but felt oddly eerie to me. The neighborhood is sketchy and very loud at night (even on the 9th floor,) but I’m used to it; it was like being in Newark or Atlantic City when you’re away from the boardwalk.

“Probably wouldn't stay here again, mostly because of the busy street we stayed on. Not all bad”
Liked: Good for people who just want to sleep there and not want to spend any time in the room. Comfortable bed.Nice shower. Appreciate the amenities, coffee, water, snack and fridge. Close to Town Hall and lots of shopping and coffee shops. Has an "ok" rooftop with a couple of tables, but that's it.
Disliked: Its a small room with a very large brick wall to look at when the TV remote doesn't work and you ask for it and it comes the evening before you leave. View from the window is another window. I didn't like the non-hotel atmosphere - felt like an apartment building.

“For being in the middle of everything it's great for the price, but prob limit to no more 2 nights.”
Liked: It was in a great general area, near shops, etc.
Disliked: Rooms do not have much isolation, so your neighbors can affect your stay, just outside it's a unruley at night, luckily there's two entrances.
