“Great location”
Great for budget hotel for one night, right near the Star Casino, the only drawback was street noise.

“Acceptable”
Liked: On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the location was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were not up to an acceptable standard, and this significantly affected my stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and the shower was constantly dripping. The shared kitchen was also very dirty, especially the refrigerator, which had visible mould, as well as the minibar. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleaning and maintenance standards.

“It served the purpose that we required”
Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent.
Disliked: No Elevator and carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

“Exceeded the low rating and price”
Liked: My expectation was low but this is cheap and cheerful, with a great location! Digital check in is required but the pin code on front door and room made me feel secure as a female solo traveller. There was a big kitchen.
Disliked: The slight smell of common area hallways and the building is tired - but for the price and rating I don't think anyone can complain.

“Very good”
Liked: The location is excellent. If you are looking for value for money and no frills this is a great option. Very close to Darling Harbour, pubs, restaurants and the light rail. But very minimal in facilities.

“Served the purpose we needed but wouldn’t stay here again”
Liked: Great location. Bed wasn’t uncomfortable. Reasonable price, get what you pay for
Disliked: Bathroom was filthy. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper - windows (and walls) are paper thin, no fault of the hotel but there was a construction crew jackhammering the street outside at midnight

“Incredibly disappointing and overpriced”
Liked: Good location
Disliked: From receiving our check in details almost an hour later than expected, to the unhygienic room and bathroom, dirty aircon and uncleaned sheets, the room was unacceptable. You are better off staying at cheaper backpackers that are clean or paying 10% more for a hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.
