The Querque Hotel

Disliked: Bedbugs

Liked: This place, this place was great. The room was very spacious and a great price. The pool was a very awesome environment. Everything was clean and nice.

Liked: The comfort of the bed the location of the room that was close to the pool. The access to go across to the other hotel to access their amenities and restaurant as well. The staff and management have always been nice to us.

Disliked: A better breakfast, maybe more options would be nice. Something different. Our tub had been clogged with hair.

Liked: I had a great experience there it was friendly and well taken care of..

Disliked: What i didn't like was that I had to walk across the floor just to get to the other rooms from the elevator and the breakfast could be hot breakfast.

Liked: Near the balloon fiesta

Disliked: Old rooms, old carpet

Liked: Location was great for the balloon festival that we attended.

Disliked: When we contacted the front desk for someone to help us with the tv no one decided to come.

Liked: They had rooms that opened into a courtyard which was convenient for my dogs.

Disliked: It was quite old and not well maintained. The courtyard was weedy and overgrown with dilapidated patio chairs. There was standing water on the concrete walkway. The door to the courtyard was old and difficult to open. The furniture inside was old and broken. The bathroom was especially old with the vanity nearly falling apart. The tub/shower did not drain properly. I may have been given a bad room because I was traveling with pets. I don’t really know.

Liked: The nice rooms and environment

Disliked: No smoking on the balcony
