“Great location”

Everything was walking distance. The room is perfect. I stayed in many hotels and I couldn't find any flaws at this hotel. Staff are super friendly. Definitely would go back. If it's your first time to Vietnam, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's the best of the best.

“40th wedding anniversary trip”

The staff was kind and provided warm hospitality. As a couple aged 65, we were a bit surprised by the swan's welcome, but we were honestly pleased. Our room was on the top floor, the 39th, and the view was spectacular. It certainly wasn't cheap, but it was a highly satisfying stay. I strongly recommend it to everyone.
