Disliked: The lift up to the hotel was painful and it was hard to get out of the building onto the street without needing to go through a mall or getting a taxi.

“Exceptional”
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazingly friendly, supportive, and made us feel right at home. We had two connected/neighboring rooms on the 109th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The included breakfast was fantastic as well, offering a huge variety of choices alongside freshly prepared dishes. Highly recommended
Disliked: As for location, while it isn't ideal for general sightseeing, we knew this in advance so it wasn't an issue for us. Transit links (metro and ferry) to Hong Kong Island are very close by, though getting around Kowloon required a few extra detours or a bit of walking. Still, highly recommended

“Staycation”
It was a relaxing staycation at The Ritz Carlton. The view of Hong Kong is fabulous and we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

“The staff is great.”
Stayed 5 nights and 6 days, booked two rooms. Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. We had club lounge access, which was pricey, but it was worth it — we were able to relax and take our time, and it was wonderful. The staff’s attentiveness was superb. After meals we could just zone out and stare at the view from the lounge, which was perfect. I appreciated the staff who were attentive while maintaining the right amount of distance. I’ll definitely return. For a hotel getaway away from everyday life in Japan, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is the best.
