Liked: The location next to Marina del rey was perfect.

Disliked: Our sofa bed for my daughter was not comfortable.

Liked: I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, and polite staff. Loved Maya in the Jewelry store and Cast and Plow was great. Christine was also so sweet and knowledgeable about what the hotel offered.

Liked: The staff were great and the location was very good.

Disliked: The resort is very dated. The pool area was also a great dissappppijtment.

Liked: Location on the marina is beautiful, but a bit far from other parts of LA with no real transport options other than Ubers.

Disliked: The air con in the public spaces was super cold, some guests in the lobby bar had blankets round them! It made the bar and restaurant areas unpleasant to be in

Liked: I really enjoyed the convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. The staff and valet team were friendly, welcoming, and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked: Since I only stayed for one night, I didn’t have the opportunity to fully experience all of the hotel’s facilities, so my opinion is based solely on that brief stay. While the location and staff were excellent, I felt the room was somewhat overpriced for what was offered. Some of the furniture appeared dated, and the cleanliness could have been improved, particularly in less visible areas such as behind tables and other hidden spots. Based on my experience, the property did not quite meet my expectations for a five-star hotel, though other guests who stay longer may have a different perspective.
