“Important!!! A lot of hidden fees”
They charged me $50 for amenities fee even though I clearly $10 for the parking fee. Just Beware of the place. Doublecheck your invoice. I am very disappointed.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The staff were incredibly patient and helpful despite how very busy they were. They all took time to try to accommodate a lot of my last minute changes and needs. The accommodations were as advertised, and totally delightful. The pool and cabana were wonderful as were the waitstaff.

“Assault happened during my stay”
Liked: The amenities I didn't get to even use with the family I invited
Disliked: That i was assaulted by my boyfriends family and some of the assault happened right outside on corner of the hotels property and praying the footage from Aug 9th is flagged and not deleted or wiped away and it actually started on the beach 108 all the way back to the rockaway deli and across the street to rockaway hotel

“Beautiful hotel will stay again”
Liked: Roof top bar. 360 views one side beach the other NYC Skyline. The pool area, the staff, overall beautiful hotel
Disliked: The TV was in a weird place in our room. The weather was bad our first day so we would have liked to be comfortable while watching a movie. The shower was a little hard to figure out.

Liked: Area around pool was lovely, water temperature was great, restaurant experiences were good and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Pool water could have been somewhat cleaner.

“Acceptable”
Disliked: Room with two beds had no space left, no closet other than floor, no phone, no number to call in emergency, sometimes no attendant in front desk, no service, Checked out a day earlier, overcharged, no invoice.

“Coming again”
Liked: Celebrated my first daughters and husbands birthday, of course brought the little one. The stars was amazing and super helpful through out the stay. The pool side was so fun. I believe his name is Shawn who’s is from F&B what an amazing guy! Really made the stay easy and fun for the family. Thank you
Disliked: We were leaving, but there was a clothing branding shooting, they weren’t really mindful is space. Not the hotels fault.
