Location is fantastic. Cleanliness and service was superb, nothing to complain at all. Definetely will come back

Liked: A lovely old hotel with very friendly staff. A historic part of London with easy walking to the parks

Liked: The situation was superb. The downstairs and lobby were nice and had a London feel.

Disliked: The first day I ordered eggs benedict for breakfast and got a granola bowl. I had even asked for very soft eggs so could not see how the mix up happened. The staff member said she would have to re order my breakfast but we were going to an event so I didn’t have time. We had a riverview room and the insulation did not appear to work at all. The noise levels were as if the window was open the entire time. Having stayed next to a railway line the previous week we knew this was not just due to proximity to the rail line as staff stated. There was something wrong with the window insulation.The hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms. The bin was full with sanitary products tissues and medication packets when we arrived. The staff who were there to open the doors when we walked in were on their phones or chatting to each other and ignoring customers on three occasions. This was not a big issue for us but given that this is the job they are paid to do I was surprised. The room was tired and we were surprised given the amount paid.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in such a great location & the terrace was stunning

Liked: Nice rooms, wide and full of light. Nice servics and great stuff.

Liked: Awesome location, staff, and breakfast!! Comfy bed too!

Disliked: A little loud outside, and shower little small for a tall person.

Disliked: Good Food andService in the al fresco restasurant

Liked: Wonderful location in the heart of London. So close to the Embankment Underground Station.

Disliked: Have a nighlight in the bathroom.
