“Very good”

Liked: Very pretty on the ocean

Disliked: Elevator system was dramatically horrible. Regardless it’s busy, the key system is horrible it barely works. The doors try to close the second they open. The elevator games were horrible and made it stressful any time you needed to go to your room.

“Great location, great service, really awesome pool and good overall restaurant experience.”

Liked: We loved this place. A little pricey but definitely worth the money for the great rooms and location.

Disliked: I wish the parking was better. The only parking lot is across the busy street. I opted for valet parking which was convenient but very pricey.

“Excellent Hotel in a Great Location!”

Liked: I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! From the staff, to the aesthetics, and location, this hotel was worth every penny! Close to the airport (10min), it’s centrally located to several keys locations: about 25min to Old San Juan, 10min to Los Pinones, 30-40min to Luquillo (kiosks, beach, ziplining), and 40min to an hour to Fajardo (El Yunque, beach excursions). The grounds are well kept and it’s right on gorgeous Isla Verde beach.
