“Very much impressed and satisfied with the hotel”
I planned a 3 day trip to Pattaya and chose Sanctuary Resort for my vacation. The location is good, near by to the beach, very pleasant and has good views.

“Best bang for bucks”
Clean room, excellent room service, big room and bathroom. Great view from the rooftop swimming pool. Hotel restaurant got a huge aquarium with nice ambience. Front desk have some really good staff who remembers returning customer.

“The water is not hot and does not absorb sound.”
We checked into the room at around 10:00 PM. When I went to shower there was no hot water. The technician who came to check said the water is on a shared system — a common boiler — and guessed many people were using water at the same time. After finishing the shower and getting ready for bed, the neighboring room was making noise from activities — the walls don’t block sound. Very bad, not impressed.

“Very good”
It was a really great experience. The hotel is nice, clean, and well-equipped. I was impressed from the moment of arrival—the welcome drink was served right away. It’s just a short walk to the beach, not crowded and very private. On the 9th floor there’s a bar, a swimming pool, a pool play area, and a Nintendo to play—so much fun!

“Good location for good value”
We enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary in Pattaya. It was an easy walk to the beach and had a great rooftop pool area. Or room was large and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful.

“Very good”
Big hotel situated at the bottom of Phratamnak hill.Very close to beach and bars and restaurants.Perfect situation.Hotel was clean and staff were friendly but lacked a hot shower.
