Liked: Loved the location, great beach, walkable to the shopping center

Disliked: Staff is not friendly, we didn’t even know about the shuttle that takes you to the sister properties till we were checking out and another family was there for the shuttle. Unit was not clean, ants in the cupboard, dead ants in the sliders at the bottom from the inside, we own 21 vacation rental properties and certain things can be understandable but those are basic things that should be cleaned. The pull out sofa had crumbs and stains on the mattress protector. Don’t have service on the beach unless you’re visiting from the shore club. We stayed at Point Grace last year and it was great being able to order on the beach especially when you’re on the beach all day.

We stayed 4D3N in a 1-Bedroom Suite at Building 3. Overall, the stay was fine, but for the price (around ***/night), I expected a more premium experience, so I couldn’t give it 5 stars. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi. The signal and speed were poor throughout the property and completely dropped in some areas (the bedroom, bathroom, and even parts of the beach). It was only reliable in the living room. A few smaller issues also added up: our luggage wasn’t delivered to the room as promised, the TV remote didn’t work, the bathroom door somehow locked from the outside even though we never used the lock, and there was no complimentary bottled water. On the positive side, the suite’s kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, a dishwasher, and a microwave, which was great if you plan to cook. The bathroom also had a washer and dryer with detergent provided, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our meal at Hemingway—the salads were delicious, although the wait was a bit long and the service wasn’t particularly warm. The pool and beach were beautiful and well maintained. We also booked an excursion with Caicos Dream Tours right in front of the resort, and the staff there—especially one of the male crew members—was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Liked: Love the location, close to shops and restaurants. Love the beach location of this hotel- so peaceful, clean and clear. The hotel on property is great and we loved the room sizes and spacious balcony! We had everything we needed.

Disliked: It is an older property, so may need some bathroom renovations soon, BUT everything was super clean, so that made up for it. Wish there was a proper hotel bar area. Hemingways has a bar but I wish the hotel itself had a swim up pool bar or just separate bar area.

I’m a little disappointed as it was 4star, we stayed for 5 days and there was a string floss in the bathroom and I purposely did not pick it up to see if they will sweep or clean but it was there since we arrived and it was still there when we left. Otherwise, we made the most of our stay as all staff are friendly.
