“Acceptable”

Liked: Proximity to airport and beach.

Disliked: The general decor and it being outdated. The service was just ok. The pool area and pool need updating. The room was just ok, but my sheets smelled old, there was poor WiFi and tvs were not smart tvs.

“Very good”

Bed was terrible. Mattress was more like hammock. Room cleaning less than normal expectations. Staff very good and friendly. No problem there. Error in bill erroneous charge considerable discussion to get it removed despite the fact that they couldn’t produce signed receipt for item. Too inconsistent would not recommend.. despite excellent location.

“Surprise charges”

Always reserve through Agoda so there are no surprise hotel fees or charges upon arrival. $150 additional for three nights. Unacceptable. When showed the hotel the reservation, they would not accommodate. Every other hotel details when there are fees to be paid. I have reserved through Agoda over three years. Disappointing. The room was amazing. Separate seating area. Larhe bedroom with closet. The hotel was on the water. The staff was accommodating. We did have a battery pack disappear after hotel cleaned our room on day two of stay but nothing that we couldn't replace. Difficult to enjoy our stay when upset/disappointed before even checking into the room.

“Ressort fees”

I booked this hotel through Agoda, and they claimed all fees were included, but the hotel charged me an extra 300 dollars. Stay away from them if you care about transparency.
