“Clean and comfy stay”

An old building but well maintained. Staffs were friendly especially the uncle at security desk. Location was rather convenient to my destination place. Clean and neat overall, quite comfortable. What can be improved are: water can be too hot (difficult to adjust), hope to have long shower head instead of rainshower only, tissue by bedside, toilet roll instead of dispensable tissue box, a sheer curtain layer will be good.

“Staff won’t help you”

Me to staff: I’m sorry if I was wrong to assume you were at work. Had a lot of one word answers and blank stares when asking for things like where should the cab waist, can I have an extra towel, is there ice in the building (I still don’t know but never found it). The shower grout had a lot of mold. Towels are thin. Not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. We stayed for the location as it’s near a friend we were visiting, but if you’re not getting an amazing deal on price I’d skip. The beds were comfortable and a/c works so that was ok. Toiletries were bad so bring your own. Shower had one of those windows you can see through from the bedroom, so if coming with friends there isn’t much privacy.
