“Better hotels by far for $600+ per night”

Liked: I had to move rooms. The ‘partial ocean room’ which was a premium at $600+ dollars per night was an inch of sea and a building construction site. After being moved -the blind was broken, TV broken and hairdryer was broken. the bathroom was tiny and the standard of room was very very basic. The value for money is TERRIBLE.

Disliked: As above

“A Little bit of disappointment”

Liked: Amazing location in the south beach. Staff are nice specially the front lady in the reception while checking in I don’t remember her name unfortunately. They have a house car for nearby destinations.

Disliked: When you talk about a 5 star resort that’s not a definition of it. Facilities are limited the most basic thing there is no Jacuzzi.Shower place is so so small. No mirror in the room. Lighting problems. Expected much better from the resort to be honest.
