“NOISY HOTEL ON TOP OF S NOISY BAR WITH BANGING MUSIC”

The hotel, formerly known under a different name and now operating as Terra Hotel, provided an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience during our stay. We specifically requested a room away from the elevator to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay. However, despite making this request, we were given a room directly next to the elevator, where we experienced constant banging and knocking noises throughout the night. As a result, we were unable to sleep properly during our stay. This was completely unacceptable, particularly when we had specifically informed the hotel of our request for a quieter room. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide breakfast, offering alcohol instead. This was another major disappointment and did not meet our expectations for a comfortable hotel stay. Overall, the service and accommodation fell far below an acceptable standard. The hotel failed to accommodate our reasonable request for a quiet room and failed to provide us with the peaceful and comfortable experience we expected. I am extremely disappointed with the way our stay was handled. I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers unless significant improvements are made to its service, room allocation and overall guest experience. I expect the hotel management to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate response to these issues.

“Room on top of a very busy bar”

The room was ridiculous small. Located on top of a very nosy bar. You open the door and the bed is right there. I had to go inside the washrook or my partner couldnt get inside the room. The space between the bed and the desk besides the bed and the washroom door fits only ONE person. We laughed when we arrived, singapore is for the rich people.. we paid 4x what we paid in thailand and malasia for a small and noisy sardine can. It was very claustrophobic. Never going back to this country again. Its a Dubai from Asia.. but without all the gold and extremely luxury. The food is uncomparable.
