Disliked: The hotel charged me for the two night stay even though I paid ahead of time through Booking. Despite multiple attempts by me, Booking and American Express, and what is an obvious error, they will not respond so it appears their billing or accounting dept is incompetent. The stay was nice but not worth paying double an already expensive rate. Update: the hotel finally refunded me for the room. I appreciate them correcting their billing error, although I would have preferred to avoid the 8 phone calls and hours of time I wasted. I hope they review their processes and tech and modernize it to avoid this type of preventable issue in the future. Overall a nice property and great staff. Location is across from the mall, but otherwise a bit secluded. Beach is nice as always in Miami.

“An exceptional hotel and staff”

Liked: This resort is definitely 5 stars plus. The decor is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I highly recommend an ocean view room. Amazing! The private beach is an added bonus. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff and service they provide. They go above and beyond! I was celebrating my 50th and while Slogane was walking us to the restaurant with her beautiful voice sang Happy Birthday. Then at Atlantikos Matthew, Jacques, Julilet, Prince, and Donna sang again and provided excellent service. Iggy who helped set up our chairs on the beach took the time to take a birthday picture and frame it for all of us. The pool staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you to Angel, Michael, and Vicky for making sure we always had drinks and fun! Thank you to the other pool staff as well: Daniela, Mia, and Liz Andrea, and Luis. This was my second visit and once again Juan took amazing care of my sisters and I. Thank you Jaun. The bar staff is absolutely phenomenal. A special thank you to Sergey and Amilacarr for making me feel so special on my birthday. I appreciate you both very much. Thank you to Riley and Carla for your amazing service as well. Dinner at BH Prime was delicious and Carlos provided great service. Rebecca and Laura Ortega at the front desk made sure every day we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. Laura even went out of her way to get my sister nail glue. Thank you Laura. I apologize if I missed anyone. Every staff member we encounter was fantastic. The resort and beach are beautiful, but the staff is the reason my sisters and I will return. Thank you!
