Liked: **Exceptional Stay – Service That Truly Puts Guests First** My stay at The St. Regis Doha was outstanding from start to finish, and what set it apart was the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. This is a property where customer-oriented service isn't just a policy on paper. You feel it in every interaction. I arrived after an overnight journey, exhausted and hoping for a place to rest. Hamza went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in, which made an enormous difference after a long night of travel. He also personally helped me with breakfast, making sure I was comfortable and well looked after from the very first moment. His warmth, attentiveness, and proactive attitude are exactly what luxury hospitality should be. Hamza is a real asset to the St. Regis team, and I hope management recognizes his excellent work. The facilities are truly top level: elegant, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail reflecting the standard you'd expect from the St. Regis brand. It's rare to find a hotel where the quality of the property is matched by the quality of its people, but the St. Regis Doha achieves both. I loved every moment of my stay and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Doha. I'll definitely be returning.

“Another amazing stay”
Stayed again on a weekend celebrating anniversary. As usual the hotel is exceptional from start to finish. What makes this hotel is every staff member in all areas Don’t stay anywhere else you cannot be disappointed
