“Great place to stay”

It was a great experience. The room sizes is good, cleanliness is good but can further improve. Access to food nearby is also excellent. They should start giving morning breakfast. Overall was a very good experience. They may add on more staff since, all the work has to be done by receptionist. There was no staff to help with the luggage.

“Good for this price”

Overall good hotel for this price. booked it for f1 weekend, location is great if you have main grandstand or turn1 tickets(use gate 1 near Nicole highway station). Biggest problem in my opinion is cleaning, in my room I found multiple things that can be improved especially related to mold in bathroom. I wanted to use spoon and found that it was dirty, it was quite unpleasant surprise. Also during checkin process I got key card, walked to the room, opened door and found that someone was staying in this room(there was suitcase and some clothes), i immediately went back to reception and they assigned me another room. It is quite concerning that I got key from already occupied room.

“Not happy with Agoda”

I did not receive the room I had booked and was told no other rooms available. I have stayed here before- decidedly chose NOT to take the LOFT room as it is a stair master from hell to get your bed. And when I insisted front reception said it was a CONSTANT mistake from Agoda in the room advertised. If it happens a LOT why is no one fixing it? Staff was incredibly useless and avoidant at check in when needed to go even slightly above - CHECKING to see for alternative rooms appeared to be a 5 mins negotiation. Thank you to the housekeeping team though. Amazing help with what I needed. Super sad this happened.
