“Lovely Rooms and Staff”
Liked: This hotel is centrally located. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was large modern, light and bright and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Everything you expect in a hotel room.
Disliked: This hotel could do with a coffee bar or casual dining restaurant. We had a lovely, expensive dinner in the only restaurant. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. However, we had to go across the street to a Starbucks for coffee, snacks etc.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel. Safe, clean, parking valet great.”
Liked: Walking distance to CN Tower, good restaurants and bus tour
Disliked: Coffee pot hard to use. No tea in room. Can’t open windows. Cash not accepted as tip for room cleaning. No breakfast buffet.

“Fabtastic 10/10, cleanest and highest quality stay in a beautiful room”
Liked: The staff ensured a special welcome for my friend on her birthday, which was incredibly sweet! They also upgraded us to a suite -- SUCH a fantastic surprise and so appreciated. This will be my new staycaytion hotel, permanently!

“Stylish, centrally located hotel”
Liked: Centrally located in the heart of the city. Loads of places of interest within easy walking distance.
Disliked: The $150 extra deposit for damages is ridiculous considering the rooms are not inexpensive. Not sure what damages a normal couple would inflict upon a hotel room to require this. Plus a $200 deposit for incidentals upon check in. It’s no big deal, just an annoyance given we were only going to be in the hotel 1 night.

“Great place to stay for your first visit to Toronto”
Liked: Excellent location, close to many attractions, beautiful spacious room, great bathroom, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice bar on main floor

“I can highly recommend this hotel if you need to be in downtown Toronto.”
Liked: I dined at Abrielle twice and thoroughly enjoyed their European-style cuisine. Great ambience, and impeccable service from the staff. Regarding my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find L'Occitane products in the bathroom, and fluffy robes in the closet
Disliked: Pulling up in my car at the hotel on busy W. King, tram tracks prevented me from stopping there to ask concierge for directions to the parking garage. As it turns out, the hotel only offers valet parking. Thankfully, I found a public parking garage right around the corner on Peter Street.
