Best location, easy approach, clean environment with best facilities

Liked: The hotel was horrifying, that is the best way to describe it. The woman working there was an angel but was overwhelmed by having to clean and manage the hotel and the bar downstairs. All by herself.

Disliked: Was completely disgusting and filthy. Dirty sheets, dirty floor, bugs everywhere, squished mosquitos stuck to the wall, disgusting shared bathroom. I looked under my bed and there were mountains of dust from not cleaning for ages. Absolutely horrifying hotel I have never seen anything like it. I can’t believe this place is even allowed to advertise as a hotel. Please unless you’re completely broke and desperate, pay a few pounds more and go somewhere else.

Liked: I like the Parking lot. There was never a struggle for space, they have space for cars at all times during my stay there. The staff on duty was always accessible and always ready to help. The rooms and toilets were clean too

Disliked: They had no fridge and I had cooked food to put in fridge, I saw kitchen facilities and thought fridge was included. But they have microwave

Liked: Nothing, closed for business with power cut. No update given during the day

Disliked: This hotel is a genuine health hazard, I'm not one to leave a bad review or a Karen, but honestly do not stay here. The only reason we stayed is it was too late when we finished work to book somewhere else by the time we got into our rooms. Bed linin filthy, stained, not cleaned or changed Pillows yellow and stink of sweat Floor sticky dirty, you can't walk around bare foot, wipe your feet on the way out We had to change rooms as there were hundreds if not thousands of insects up the walls and on the ceilings Plug sockets hanging off and one led on one of the double beds The toilets the tiles have come away on the floor and if your bare foot good luck not cutting your feet Food contents from other guests left in room The biggest health hazard is the room we got moved into had drug wrappers and cling film wraps all over the table and floor in the room, the person who stayed before had left illegal substances all over the table, Me and my colleague ended up bunking in the same single bed to get away from the drug room and the insect room, I mean we are tradies and are used to a cheap room but when somewhere is a cause for concern it even made us question life, Honestly I never want to knock a business or someone trying to make their company work and turn a profit, but your management or owners have to do your due diligence and either shut down to refurb or sort your operation out, just imagine if you had children staying in that room.

Liked: The lady who checked us in was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful

Disliked: The place was a filthy, run down health hazard that was not fit for a purpose. The room was dirty and had not seen a cleaner, mop or hover for a long time, we couldn't get the tv to work, it was also on the floor next to the blind for the window that we had to fix in place!!? The toilet seat was broken and dangerous, the shower full of mould, bathroom also dirty. The doors have a keypad lock which felt nice and secure however was quite noisy and we could hear other people's door locks constantly beeping. Also had to ask for the things that were listed as standard in the room like kettle, towels cups as they were not there. Overall these rooms should just be used as storage and not for people

Liked: The best thing was the location it was near to Heathrow airport

Disliked: Poor check in. It was dirty. Smell of damp. Bedding was stained, bed wasn't made that well. Power cut at 10, meaning I had to leave in pitch black, I left early as it was awful.
