Liked: The property was beautiful and perfectly located! Staff members LaToya and Kara were amazing!!! At the smallest inconvenience they stepped in to make the stay 100x more special than I could’ve imagined

Disliked: The room was pretty small. Had to go to another floor for ice. A small microwave would have been nice.

Disliked: Horribly bad black mold all over shower curtain and big red lipstick stain on top of shower curtain where it attaches. Faucet didn’t allow water to run into the tub to take a bath. Shower head worked but faucet was leaky. Chipped furniture in bathroom.
Liked: The staff were all so friendly. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever friggen slept in. The ballroom was AMAZING.
Disliked: The atm was out of service and I couldn’t pull cash out to get drinks at the event I was there for in the ballroom. BUT I just went to the bar downstairs and got a drink to go so it was all good.

Disliked: Our tub drained extremely slow which prevented us from taking proper showers, the room needs to be cleaned well there were items on floor.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy.

Disliked: Bathroom had damage on the toilet tank cover, side of tub and the bathtub drain wouldn’t stay sealed when trying to bathe.
