“Nice option in great location”

Disliked: The gym is terrible. Some updates are needed (e.g., charging with micro USB and not the old USB)

Liked: The location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful!
Disliked: For the price, we expected a more luxurious room. The pool was partially closed for maintenance and also smaller than expected. We were also disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Considering the hotel’s category, we expected more variety, freshness, and freshly prepared options such as Eggs Benedict. We have experienced much better breakfast offerings at hotels in the same category.

“Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg.”
Liked: Location was great. The view from our room was as amazing. Room was large and very comfortable.

Liked: The view is magnificent The bed is comfortable The wellness area and pool were nice The location is great
Disliked: The room is expensive (for the value) There was no mentioning that city tax needed to be paid either through booking.com or by the hotel itself. It just got charged to my credit card but I would have liked to pay with an alternative method (and would have liked to be informed upfront).

“Wonderful in every way except for the lobby and the lounges”
Liked: Wonderful location. Beautiful building. Nice room. Kind staff.
Disliked: The hotel lobby is horrible. As if it was designed by a 90 year old grandma. Such a shame.

“Elbphilharmonie and Westin Hotel”
It is the best choice for those watching performances in a building like a theater, and being located on a floor like the panoramic observation deck allows for a constant view of the Hamburg harbor. It would be nice to have more vegetables and fruits added to the breakfast menu.

“Nice accommodation, limited view due to glass walls.”
We had a good stay here as a family — the place was comfortable and suited our needs. However, the view was completely blocked by glass, so we couldn’t see outside at all, which made the room feel a bit enclosed. Still, overall it was a pleasant experience.
