The Westin Singapore

Liked: Very spacious room with access to lounge for breakfas and drinks. Beautiful swimming pool, hotel with all amenities and very good service, in a good location.

Disliked: The hotel restaurant/bar for dinner was ok but not at the level of the rest of the facilities

Liked: The room, bed, restaurant and pool area were all excellent.

Disliked: The service from the staff, despite not doing anything wrong or similar, nor pinpointing to a specific situation, lacks a bit when compared with the overall standard of the hotel, but I wouldn't mind returning to this hotel.

Liked: Modern, clean and comfortable. Being in the upper floors of the property meant great views for guests of downtown and port areas of Singapore were readily visible. Located in the business district right above the Shenton Way MRT train station, which results in easy access to all points in Singapore. Plenty of taxi options available too.

Disliked: The breakfast options are many and varied and is largely good but often the ‘heat lamp’ items on offer was tepid at best.

Liked: Attentive and friendly staff, rooms clean and bathroom was fabulous.

Liked: Everything 😀 was perfect: beautiful location, very friendly stuff, cozy room, exceptional breakfast 👌

Liked: The Westin is well located and has wonderful views. We loved the pool, which we had all to ourselves. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced.

Disliked: It was quite expensive, really, for all the extras. Breakfast was definitely. It worth the expense and the coffee was bad. However, the laundry service was very good even if quite pricey.

Liked: Great location near MRT, Lau Pa Sat and Marina Bay area, amazing breakfast, rooms and bathrooms well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Its what you'd expect from a brand like The Westin.

Liked: Rooms are good. Gym are good. But restaurant (breakfast and dinner) dirty, messy, chaotic.
