The Yacht Hotel by DC

Unforgettable stay at The Yacht Hotel. The ultimate highlight? Lying by the pool at night, gazing at the moon, palm trees, and feeling total peace. That single moment alone makes the whole trip worth it. Highly recommended!

excellent!

Will comeback next time

The staff are a little inexperienced, but I guess that’s Vietnam. Everything looks nice, but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were average at best. Otherwise, a nice place to stay if you’re visiting Ha Long for the cruises or Sun World.

The hotel room is beautiful and stylish. The staff are very lovely. Especially a woman named Yen or Yến — her name tag had no diacritics so I’m not sure — she was very enthusiastic and adorable. The only downside this time was that the Fern restaurant had removed the avocado crab salad; I come to Hạ Long just to eat the avocado crab salad at The Yacht. But it’s okay, I’ll still visit often when I get the chance.

Liked: A tastefully designed 5-star hotel with a welcoming, smiling, attentive, and helpful staff. The room we were given was beautifully designed and comfortable, with a clear focus on guests' needs. It featured a stunning shower and a heated toilet with bidet functions, as well as a lovely bathtub and a reasonably sized shower stall. The room offered a view of the sea and Ha Long Bay (the only thing obstructing the view was a high-rise building currently under construction). The hotel pool is large and beautiful, and the poolside bar stays open late and features a pool table for guests to use. The hotel restaurant serves dinners befitting the property's standard, and the breakfast was also very varied and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the hotel; it is a shame we only stayed for one night before our Ha Long Bay cruise. As for the city itself, it was rather deserted and uninteresting.

Good service and nice breakfast much variety good location If you want join boat tour

The hotel is well maintained, looks new and classy. Our room is not the most expensive one but it’s definitely a lovely one with very reasonable price. Our room faces the seaside which is awesome yet it’s blocked by an under-construction hotel in between. Some comments highlight the comparatively inconvenient location but it can be sorted out by hiring a car via Grab, and it’s perfect to be a bit away from the city centre. Breakfast is with a good selection of food and it’s relaxing to eat in that restaurant. The overall service is excellent. We’re contacted the day before our stay for arrangement. All staff there are friendly, cheerful and helpful. I particularly wish to thank Chris, Tung and Tuan Anh. They together with their team have made our stay wonderful and memorable. Highly recommended.
